Refund & Return Policy
At TeJoy Designs LLC, we take great pride in our handmade and custom-designed jewelry and accessories. Because many of our items are made to order or personalized, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes items made to specific measurements, engraved pieces, or designs created per your request.
Ready-to-Ship Items
For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, we accept returns within [14] days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [2] days of delivery at tejoydesigns@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.
Processing Fees
Please note that a processing fee may be applied to orders. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Custom orders that are already in production cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the eligible item (per the policy above) and place a new order.
