Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time of 7–14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery [5–7] business days after shipment
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery [2–3] business days after shipment

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow [24–48] hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
TeJoy Designs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package appears lost, please contact us at tejoydesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
